Blackberry wine is the musical diary of Rachel Queen. She records songs and writes stories on her computer about the things that happen to her and the things that don’t.
Her music is scientific / astro / computerized / keyboard type way out stuff. Or so some people say.
She released two EPs called "The Look-Back Time" and "(notes + numbers) = (shapes + colours)" on Cosy Recordings (Sweden) in 2008, along with a full length split CD with the band The Local Heroes on Series Two Records.
The debut album from Blackberry Wine is about lovelorn sailors, stubborn old men and awkward customers and is called "Modern Living: A Survival Handbook" and was released Pony Proof Records in August 2009.
